Return & Refund Policy

  1. If you have received an item which you believe is damaged, or if a product demonstrates qualities of being defective, contact us at orders@thegroom.co.za.
  2. Note that every product returned will be carefully inspected and possibly sent back to the supplier for an inspection.
  3. If an item is deemed defective we will gladly process a refund or exchange.
  4. If you have received an item which you did not order, or an incorrect size, please contact us at orders@thegroom.co.za
  5. Our return policy allows for a 14-day window for returns. If more than 14 days have elapsed since your purchase was delivered, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.
  6. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and also be in the original packaging.
  7. You will not send your purchased item to the manufacturer/ supplier/ distributor.
  8. We will arrange the return of the item free of charge for South African locations only. However, we only offer one free return. If there is a request for a second return for the same order, you may be charged a delivery fee.
  9. We do not offer returns or exchanges for International orders.
  10. Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  11. We do not accept returns on undergarments, masks, perfumes and/or items of a sensitive nature.
  12. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  13. Should your return be approved, then your refund will be processed. You may be required to send bank confirmation letter and other personal information for verification or refund may be processed through original method of payment used. Refund time can vary depending on the method of payment used however it usually takes 3-10 working days. If you do not receive your refund after this time, please contact THE GROOM at order@thegroom.co.za.
  14. We will gladly exchange an item for you provided we have the item and size available. Exchanges will be delivered to the original shipping address unless advised otherwise.
